If you are struggling losing weight, then you might need a few pointers on how to accomplish your goals.

Here are 18 weight loss tips:

  1. Make sure you eat six times a day.
  1. Never skip a meal.
  1. Eat only healthy snacks in between meals to keep your blood sugar level stable.
  1. Stop drinking sweetened sodas and coffee.
  1. Make your portions realistic in size and chew the food well.
  1. Supplement your diet with vitamins and other nutrients, if you're not sure your vegetables provide a rich enough source.
  1. Choose a dairy products with low fat.
  1. Eat fat fish at least two to three times a week or supplement your diet with Omega 3.
  1. Drink enough water, especially when you exercise.
  1. Make sure you eat enough fibers to help your body transport all the toxic material away from your system.
  1. Listen to your body.  It will tell you what it needs!
  1. Make sure you're in control over your weight.
  1. Do not stress!  High stress levels will contribute to your weight gain.
  1. If you are a smoke, quit now!
  1. Cut down on fat, especially saturated fat, sugar, salt and beverages containing alcohol.
  1. Pollution and lifestyle (tobaco, radiation and alcohol) will affect your health  In a negative way.
  1. Make sure you keep your blood sugar level stable.
  1. Exercise regularly!
